Grace Loves Lace
There are some opportunities that come along in life where you just have to say heck yes. When the lovely people from Grace Loves Lace contacted me to style their upcoming concierge event, I knew instantly that I wanted to be apart of the project. I had been a big fan of the Australian wedding dress company for years. Grace Loves Lace is "for the woman of style, substance, and passion" and their style gravitates towards a modern, earthy, and relaxed vibe - which totally resonates with our tone over here at Blush + Bowties. So I knew this was a match made in heaven and the rest is history. This event is an exclusive, premium service that acts as a popup showroom, as they are predominantly an online based business. Their Toronto Concierge event, which took place at The Great Hall's Drawing Room, gave Canadian brides the chance to have a one hour appointment with a GLL Stylist so they can experience their collection and unique French laces first hand.
I rose to the challenge of designing and executing a pop up show with three luxurious change rooms, and a stylish lounge for the brides and guests to enjoy. I don't think I could have been more excited when my favourite design shop in Toronto V de V agreed to be part of the event. Their contemporary and stylish furniture couldn't have been a better fit for the event and it was a dream to style the space with their beautiful products. Warehouse 84 also came on board and was an essential part of pulling together the look. Hunt and Gather's florals added the right touch of romance to the space, while plants from Dynasty provided the perfect pop of green to the neutral venue. Other fabulous vendors brought this event to fruition including draping from Eventure, prosecco from Yellow Tail, and macarons from Butter Avenue.
I couldn't be more thrilled with how the event unfolded and the experience we helped create for the brides who had the opportunity to try on some of the most stunning wedding gowns in the world. Scarlet O'Neill, as always, completely knocked these photos out of the park, enjoy!
